I have always considered happiness to be the most elusive goal in one's life. But not because it is difficult to acquire, but rather because of its deeply ironic nature. The path to happiness is hidden in plain sight, and the more you look for it, the more it sneakily moves away and loses its meaning. But happiness is exactly where you never thought to look for it.
Why I created "The Understanding Life Program"
TO REFLECT ON
When you want to learn or attract something new into your life, first you will encounter obstacles or even the opposite of what you wanted. Just as any treasure it has its guards, this "treasure" that you are looking for, will throw trials in your way. But what you need to know is that the journey towards it is the best and most demanding master. If you accept the trials, The Master will lead you step by step to your desired goal, but if you become discouraged, he will keep you even longer in the school of life.
For instance, learning to love sometimes begins with lessons where to love is almost impossible.

We come into this world to experience life from subjective and unique points of view, anchored in our daily experiences. It's as if the Universe creates a school for us in which everyone of us have a specific curriculum to learn. And all the important experiences you will go through are your life lessons. They may be lessons that you will pass with the greatest of ease, or they may be lessons in which you feel like there is no escape, like in a vicious circle. It is no accident that we have certain elements in our lives that we cannot change (at all or with great difficulty). For example, it is not a coincidence that you were born into a family where you had a difficult relationship with your mother.
Now, of course, the question arises as to whether one needs to understand all these things, and why the universe cooperates and sometimes even seems to force focus one's attention to explore more carefully certain areas of life.
Exactly this question is the starting point of the "The Understanding Life Program". It's a project resulted from understanding the deep meaning of my own life lessons and from working with a multitude of widely diverse clients for over 14 years of experience as a psychotherapist.

My reasons on becoming a Psychotherapist
I am a person whose goal has always been to explore the unknown, to understand those mysteries that seem opaque at first glance. I wanted to know "why" and, above all, "how" I can change the course of my life events. What could I do when everything seems to be going in a direction I don't wish for my life.
This is how I started my adult conscience life, with too many questions and observations to which it was not easy to find an answer. And, I can tell you, that my searches to find answers and solutions were not few.
Later I've learned that the answers awaited me in certain places, along with certain people, or in certain books. But what I discovered when I got the answers I was searching for amazed me greatly. The journey I took in order to find them seemed the most valuable to me, because that's how I was able to understand the answer. And the answer i heared in my ears was like a: "well done, you have completed the lesson".
But sometimes things are not that simple, sometimes we find ourselves on roads that seem to lead nowhere, to no answer and no relief from our suffering. We feel stuck and carry the same emotions and thoughts with us wherever we go, like a heavy baggage that is always with us. The experience of life becomes bitter and frustrating and the hope for better disappears. Sometimes we will even give up looking for solutions. I have experienced these things myself. And I managed to get out of the vicious circle of my resistances and find answers again. For this I studied psychology and chose to attend schools and postgraduate training programs in psychotherapy. And now it's time to share with you everything I've learned in school and in life, to give it to you, with love, because YOU MATTER TO ME.
