What can you expect from our sessions
The first step is for you to come to an evaluation session and in this meeting I will listen to the problems you are facing, then I will evaluate which psychotherapeutic technique is the most suitable solution for you. I'm sure you know, that for every problem there is a solution and my duty as your therapist is to guide you to find the right solution for you.
The sessions are 60 minutes each, have a weekly frequency and will take place online, on the Zoom platform. It is a modern and efficient solution that ensures the same results as the sessions performed in person !
In addition, you have the following advantages:
- wherever you are in the world you can still have easy access to your therapy sessions
- are accessible on any smart device you are more comfortable with
- you save the time you would have spent traveling to our office
After our first meeting, we will determine together the schedule after which we will see each other and then we will sign the therapeutic contract - this is necessary for any professional psychotherapy service; is a commitment of confidentiality through which the therapist ensures the quality and legal framework of the professional act.
