INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY

Integrative psychotherapy is the type of therapy which views the human being in a holistic way, as a whole. It deals with integrating and harmonizing the physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual parts. Their functioning in a unified way is what gives the state of mental and physical health. It has a complex set of intervention methods and  techniques developed from the main therapeutic schools (Gestalt, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Psycho-Dynamic approaches, Psychosomatic therapies), thus integrative psychotherapy is very effective and easy to adapt to the needs of any client. It's a flexible method, designed to be able to re-integrate all those parts of your self identity that, once, due to traumas and difficult life experiences, have been  rejected by you. Integrative psychotherapy unlocks access to these parts of yourself and as a result transforms them into personal resources, making you feel like a whole, in harmony with yourself and others. You will discover abilities in yourself that you didn't even know you were capable of.

Precisely because it uses various therapeutic methods, it can easily address the individuality of each client: whether you know yourself to be an analytical person and need to be in control; or you are very active and want to feel how efficient you can be; or maybe you are an artistic person who needs to use your creativity; or if you are a philosopher who likes to meditate and reflect - all these traits are successfully embraced by integrative psychotherapy.

Therefore I invite you to step into your new therapeutic space and embark together on the most important journey of your life: the journey of meeting your True Self.

Whenever you are ready and feel the moment is right for you I will be honored to become part of your healing process. And let me tell you something, you will be amazed of how many treasures are at the core of your being.

See you soon !

Recommendation PRO

Freedom - a deeply human right and need. And yet why do we see so many people choosing to live in situations that limit their freedom. Why do they put the helm of their lives in other people's hands. What is actually the need they are following when they restrict their own freedom.
The reality is that freedom can cause a certain existential anxiety. Taking responsibility and choosing the role of Adult is something that brings with it the fear of criticism and the fear of not being accepted. And sometimes this fear is so intense that some will prefer to live like a big child, dependent and trying to please those who are not afraid to exercise their right to be.

Reflect on your life and identify how you relate to expressing your own ideas and opinions in front of other people. Is it easy or difficult for you?

TO REFLECT ON

When love is given unconditionally it does not create jealousy or possessiveness. People won't feel like they're only getting half of the love and they won't get jealous and start searching for the missing half. However, love given completely and unconditionally is something in which you will always feel safe and appreciated.

When you feel jealous, try to consider that this feeling may have been caused by a conditional love that you received. Let yourself detach from the manipulation.
